Quick and Easy Guacamole
This quick and easy guacamole makes the perfect appetizer and tastes delicious! With just a few ingredients, you can make this guacamole in less than 10 minutes.
Wow, this week totally flew by! I have to say I loved having a three day weekend and just a four day workweek, I could do this all the time. Anyone else with me?
Another plus side to the fact that it’s almost the weekend? This guacamole recipe I have to share with you all! I really love avocados.. like really. I made a batch of this guacamole this weekend and then my husband and I completely devoured the whole thing. I’m not ashamed to admit it. Just be warned if you make this, you’ll probably do the same thing. It’s ok though, avocados are good for you right? That’s what I’ll keep telling myself to justify the amount of guacamole I’ve had this week.
Anyways, if you have 10 minutes then you have time to whip up this recipe. This guacamole would make a great dip to take to a party (just be sure to double the recipe) or you can just keep it all for yourself. Our little secret right?

I think this might just be my favorite recipe that I’ve seen all week! I absolutely love guacamole, can’t get enough of it! And I love how easy this recipe is to prepare. I’ve never made guacamole before because I was always intimidated, but i will definitely have to try this out. Have a great weekend, Danielle!
Thanks so much Gayle! Hope you enjoy it, we did!
Love, love, love me some guacamole. And can I just say this is one of the first on the internet I’ve seen that DOES NOT include cilantro? And that makes me so dang happy because I can’t stand the taste of cilantro. Whether it was intentional or not, I thank you!! Haha. 🙂 Ole!
Haha this made me laugh, it was absolutely intentional. I’m not a cilantro fan at all, I’ve heard that it tastes likes soap to some people. Definitely true for me!
There’s something about guacamole that makes me want to eat the whole thing. I wouldn’t normally sit down to three avocados, but when they’re made into guacamole, it’s a different story! So good! Also, lime, cumin, and avos are the best flavours ever! Must try the addition of the onion powder -such a good idea! I never like a big bite of raw onion, but I’ve never thought to use the powder.
PS. 4 day work weeks are the best! It was a 5 day work week for me and it was long. Too long.
I know what you mean, I can eat guacamole all day long! I’m not a fan of raw onion, so I like to use the onion powder in place of it here. Makes it so much better!
Great idea to add the cumin in here! I love adding it to my salsas and I’m sure it’s delicious in guac!
I’ve never thought of adding it to salsa, thanks for the idea!
This guacamole looks amazing! 🙂
I’m dangerous when armed with a bowl of guacamole and tortilla chips too!
It’s been awhile since I’ve had guacamole. This version sounds perfect!
Have a beautiful Monday Danielle!
I am in love with guacamole. It’s it’s own food group in my house. This is amazing!
It is in my house too. It should just be it’s own food group in general!
I could eat guacamole by the cupful if left to my own devices! This looks incredible and is a definite “make” this summer!
Thanks, Alyssa! Hope you enjoy it if you try it 🙂
Danielle- This looks AMAZING! Sometimes there is just nothing better than some chips and some fresh guacamole! I must admit, whenever I get guacamole it’s usually just some from the store, so I’m really looking forward to trying this recipe! : )
