The main objective of the trust’s small grants program is to improve road safety at the local level. The program was designed after the organization reviewed its first four years of funding and listened to stakeholder perspectives.

The trust seeks measurable interventions linked to local priorities and showing a proposed link to the reduction in the number of victims, either directly or through clear interim measures.

The maximum duration of the project under this grant program is 24 months. The minimum amount is £ 10,000 and the maximum is £ 30,000 over two years in total.

Local authorities, law enforcement, fire and rescue services or UK registered charities, legally incorporated non-profit social enterprises or community benefit companies can apply.

A total pot of £ 120,000 is available for this round of funding.

All projects must produce a report and describe how it will be shared and promoted.

The deadline for applications is Monday, October 19. For more information and to apply, visit
